Matt is a CFO and M&A leader with proven record of rigorous financial leadership, driving profitability, accountability, value creation, and growth. He has led the full range of finance functions and M&A activities. Diverse experience with Fortune 500 as well as smaller growth companies. Over 60 deals closed.

Matt has served as the CFO of several smaller growth companies, primarily in the health services, biotech and health-tech sectors. He work included organizations such as Eurofins Bioanalytics & Drug Discovery, Walters Kluwer Health, First Choice Delivery (pharma distribution) and T-Care (caregiver services.)

Matt led corporate development at The Boeing Company and Sprint, where he closed a combined sixty (60) deals during his work with those organizations. Matt was responsible for leading all aspects of strategic finance activities, from setting strategic planning targets and analyzing business unit performance through transaction lead. He conducted valuations, diligence and negotiations for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and investment opportunities.

Matt has a BA from University of Virginia, a JD from Vanderbilt, and an MBA from Wharton at University of Pennsylvania.
