Prior to his tenure at EmpowerMe, John led Consumer Experience & Marketing at Centene Corporation, a Fortune 25 healthcare provider. During his tenure, he led groundbreaking consumer experience in new products (ACA, Medicare), spearheading brand marketing, digital transformation, strategic insights, loyalty & rewards, and corporate creative teams.
During over a decade at Enterprise Holdings Inc., John played a pivotal role in elevating the company's market presence and strategic partnerships. He led comprehensive research, creative development, and strategic brand marketing initiatives across rental, truck, fleet acquisition, and remarketing businesses. Notably, he fostered crucial alliances with manufacturers through innovative co-marketing programs, while also overseeing brand advertising and marketing activities for franchise operations in Mexico and South America.
