James M. Barbaglia brings over 30 years of expertise in technology leadership roles, serving as a Chief Information Officer, VP of Information Technology, and as an executive in numerous consulting roles. He embodies a deep passion and dedication to his work employing a strategic and comprehensive approach to business processes, particularly in the realm of technology.   

His versatility lies in a wide range of competencies seamlessly integrated into organizational practices. This includes adept management of internal and external projects, IT governance, budgeting, vendor relations, Business Intelligence, and resource management, among others. His experience lies in optimizing processes to achieve the best outcomes for the organizations he serves. 

In his recent endeavors, Jim contributed to the establishment of Health Tek Partners, aiding in building the foundational framework. He has also led initiatives in implementing business intelligence solutions for warehousing companies, creating and implementing AI and digital health strategies, product development and enhancing management processes.  

Throughout his tenure as a Chief Information Officer, Jim has consistently driven revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency enhancements. His achievements range from navigating mergers and acquisitions to spearheading tool development and ERP implementations, applying a diverse skill set across numerous executive roles.   

Jim holds his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University in Public Administration.  He is also an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Program at Lindenwood University in St Charles, Missouri. He earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has a Scrum Master Certification.
